🧾 JET SKI RENTAL POLICY
By booking and using our jet skis, you agree to all terms, conditions, and responsibilities listed below. These rules are strictly enforced for safety and liability reasons.
1. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be paid in full online to secure your booking.
Your time slot is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
No third-party payments are allowed. The person booking must be present and responsible.
All bookings are non-transferable.
2. Age Requirements
Driver must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID.
Must be 21 years or older to rent and sign the agreement.
Passengers must be at least 12 years old.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Check-In Requirements
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
You must present:
• Valid government-issued ID
• Booking confirmation
• Security deposit
Late arrival may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund.
4. Security Deposit
A $400 security deposit per jet ski is required at check-in.
Accepted methods:
• Credit/Debit card (temporary hold)
• Cash (if approved)
The deposit will be returned after inspection if no damage or violations occur.
You are fully responsible for:
• Any physical damage
• Engine damage (including sand or debris intake)
• Loss of equipment
• Misuse or negligence
If damages exceed the deposit, you agree to pay the full repair or replacement cost.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
No refunds for:
• Cancellations within 48 hours
• Same-day cancellations
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
6. Safety Rules (Strictly Enforced)
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Racing or chasing other riders
• Sharp turns at high speed
• Wave jumping or tricks
• Beaching the jet ski
• Carrying more than allowed weight
Violation may result in immediate termination, loss of deposit, and additional charges.
7. Alcohol & Drug Policy
Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Any rider suspected of being under the influence will:
• Be denied service with no refund
• Lose their booking and deposit
• Be removed immediately if already on the water
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
No exceptions.
8. Riding Area
All riders must remain within the designated riding area explained during check-in.
Leaving the allowed zone is strictly prohibited.
9. Weight Limits
• 1 rider: maximum 275 lbs
• 2 riders: maximum 400 lbs (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Exceeding limits may result in cancellation without refund.
10. Rider Restrictions
• No pregnant individuals allowed
• No switching riders after leaving the dock
• Each booking = 1 jet ski
11. Damage Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, including:
• Collisions
• Engine damage
• Cosmetic or structural damage
• Towing or recovery costs
12. Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsafe, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for cancellation.
13. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver before riding.
By participating, you acknowledge that jet skiing is a high-risk activity and you accept all risks involved.
You release Jet Vibes Rentals from liability.
14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Appears intoxicated
• Acts irresponsibly
• Refuses to follow instructions
• Does not meet requirements
15. Agreement
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
No exceptions will be made.
